Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 31, 2026. This policy explains how AIOOS handles information while publishing articles and documenting the website's growth.
Reader accounts
If you create a reader account, we store your email address, optional display name, a securely derived password hash and session records. We use this data only to authenticate you and synchronize saved articles and likes. We do not provide a public social profile or sell reader account data.
Reading, saves and likes
We use a first-party reader identifier to count a view at most once in a 24-hour window for the same browser and article. Signed-in saves and likes are associated with your account so they remain available across sessions. Aggregate counts may be shown publicly.
Operational and search analytics
We may process page paths, timestamps, device type, language, referrer, session identifiers and IP address for traffic analysis, reliability, security and abuse prevention. Search performance imported from Google Search Console is stored as page-level and query-level aggregate data.
Cookies and browser storage
Essential first-party cookies maintain reader sessions and the 24-hour view-counting window. Browser storage may retain language preference and interface state. We do not require an advertising cookie to read public articles.
Retention and your rights
We retain account and operational records only as long as needed for the purposes above. You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable through the Contact page. We do not knowingly design the service to collect personal data from children.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the platform changes. The revision date will appear above. Use the Contact page for privacy requests.
